How should I store my Friars chocolates?
To maintain freshness and flavor, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 18°C. Avoid refrigeration if possible, as condensation can affect the texture and appearance of the chocolate.
Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated range of plant-based and dairy-free chocolates. Please check the 'Vegan' category on our website and review the individual product descriptions for full ingredient lists.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard delivery (3-5 business days) and express delivery (1-2 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a personalized gift message, which we will print on a premium card and include inside your package.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items unless they are damaged or faulty. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
Are your products nut-free?
While many of our chocolates do not contain nuts as an active ingredient, all our products are prepared in an environment where nuts, gluten, and dairy are present. We cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from traces of allergens.
